General Settings & Branding

Set up your store's general settings, branding, and domains

General Settings

From the Settings menu, start on the General tab.

Input the β€œStore Name” that will appear in your web store’s header and Dashboard title, and add an optional β€œStore Tagline” to insert into your HTML metadata.

Configure the Timezone that will be used for the display of all events and Reports.

It’s useful to set the store timezone to match any external conversion tracking software you may use, to avoid discrepancies between order data and tracking data.

If your store theme supports customer Reviews of your products, you may wish to check the Moderate Reviews checkbox. This will require that any customer review is approved by a store administrator before being published to the live storefront. Access pending reviews via Storefront > Reviews.

Contact Information

Next, optionally add public store contact information that is displayed on your storefront theme, and on customer notification emails and invoices.

SEO & Social Settings

From General Settings you can optionally configure SEO settings to customize how your store will appear in search engine results.

  • Meta Title

  • Meta Description

  • Social Preview Image

Store Branding

Next, from the Settings menu, select the Branding tab.

Set your store logo and favicon, along with your brand's primary and secondary theme colors from this tab.

The store logo is displayed to customers in transactional notification emails, and on the storefront checkout.
