Enroll to automatically update subscribers' expiring credit cards

Recover revenue and avoid involuntary churn from your subscription customers by enrolling in Account Updater.

When enabled, Account Updater automatically updates expiring bankcards for customers with active subscriptions to prevent failed subscription renewals.

Successful account updates leading to recovered revenue are shown on the Subscriptions Recoveries report.

Enable Account Updater

From Settings > Payments, choose Enable Account Updater on the Settings card.

Note Account Updater is a paid service. When enabled it will incur additional fees on your 29 Next account. Contact your 29 Next account manager for more details.
