Gift Card Reports

Track the Gift Card issuance and usage across your store

Gift Card Reports allow you to view a list of the individual Gift Cards issued in your store, their status and balance, as well as the daily balance across all Gift Cards.

Gift Cards Overview

The Overview tab displays a list of all individual Gift Cards issued in your store during the date range specified. Click the Gift Card code to view the details of each individual Gift Card. Use Filters to search for a specific customer, or filter the list by status, currency, and amounts.

Gift Cards Daily Balance

The Daily Balance tab displays aggregated data for all Gift Cards issued in your store, broken down by day. The following metrics are displayed to show the effect on the running balance of active Gift Cards:

• Opening Balance

• Issued Value

• Sold Value

• Disabled Value

• Redeemed Value

• Refunded Value

• Closing Balance

• Net Change
