Navigate to Settings > Customer Accounts to customize the look and feel of your storefrontβs section.
Select the Allow Self-serve Order Cancellation checkbox to expose a Cancel button on the Orders view of the storefront Customer Account.
Offering this Cancel option allows customers to cancel their own orders before they are sent for fulfillment. Disable this setting if you want to prevent customers from cancelling their own orders.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Customers canceling Unfulfilled orders in Paid status will have their payments automatically refunded.
Select the Allow customers to manage their subscription renewal cycles checkbox to expose a Change Next Renewal Date button on the Subscriptions view of the storefront Customer Account, and a Change Schedule button if the subscription supports more than one option.
Disable this setting if you want to prevent customers from modifying their own subscriptions.
Select the Allow customers to create support tickets checkbox to selectively show the view in the storefront Customer Account. Disable this setting if you want to prevent customers from having the ability to create Support Tickets from inside their accounts.
