Configure customer-facing settings for your storefront

Customer Accounts Settings

Navigate to Settings > Customer Accounts to customize the look and feel of your storefront’s Customer Accounts section.

Order Management

Select the Allow Self-serve Order Cancellation checkbox to expose a Cancel button on the Orders view of the storefront Customer Account.

Offering this Cancel option allows customers to cancel their own orders before they are sent for fulfillment. Disable this setting if you want to prevent customers from cancelling their own orders.

Subscription Management

Select the Allow customers to manage their subscription renewal cycles checkbox to expose a Change Next Renewal Date button on the Subscriptions view of the storefront Customer Account, and a Change Schedule button if the subscription supports more than one billing interval option.

Disable this setting if you want to prevent customers from modifying their own subscriptions.
