Orders Overview

This article provides an overview of orders and the various concepts relating to orders that impact order management tasks.

Orders List View

All orders can be found by navigating to the Orders menu. Orders are listed from newest to oldest by default, and displayed along with their Orders Statuses.

  • Choose Filters to refine the Orders List according to a wide variety of filters, including Fulfillment Status.

  • The Search bar field can find orders using the order number, customer name, phone, email, or any partial match or combination.

  • Choose Create Order to manually create a new order for a new or existing customer.

Use Orders Reports to drill down from aggregated orders reporting data to filtered Orders List views.

From the Orders List view, click on the order number of any order, or on View to enter the Order Details view and perform order management tasks.

Orders List Actions

Under the Actions menu the following options are available:

  • Export Orders Choose this option to export a CSV (comma separated value) file of the Orders List, with additional columns added including product, quantity, source attribution, payment methods, and more. You can also create custom Metadata Fields with the option to enable them on exports.

  • Export Order Line Items Choose this option to export a CSV (comma separated value) file of the Orders List broken down by individual order Line Items in each order, listed on separate rows. This export also includes extended data per line item such as product, quantity, source attribution, payment methods, and more.

  • Delete Test Orders Choose this option to bulk remove Test Orders data from the Orders List. This is helpful to clean up your Orders List after performing tests on new campaigns, funnels, or order management workflows.
