Orders Reports

View combined order metrics, with product and marketing source performance

Orders reports allow you to view reporting based on Orders, aggregated by a variety of dimensions. Choose Filters to narrow down the results by other metrics, and export the results by choosing Download CSV.

Note: Orders differ from Transactions. Transactions are unique payment events, while Orders result only from a completed purchase by a Customer, and may comprise multiple payment transactions.

Drill-down on the report results to view a list of the unique orders, where you can further filter the results to isolate specific transactions by a variety of metrics.

Orders Reports display the below aggregated data points for orders placed within the chosen date range. Revenue, upsell, and refunds totals would be reflected only with respect to orders placed within the chosen date range.

  • Avg Order Value (AOV)

Hover over the Upsell Revenue, Shipping Revenue, Returns, and Net Revenue values to view as percentages (%).

On Orders Reports, the Customers column displays the unique count of customers with orders. Since customers can have multiple orders each, this data point helps quickly identify the number of unique shoppers in the aggregate orders totals.

This count is helpful for performance marketers that pay commissions for acquiring new unique customers (CPA).
