Disputes Reports

Evaluate your payment Disputes across a multitude of aggregated metrics

Dispute reports allow you to view and analyze payment disputes, aggregated by a variety of dimensions. Choose Filters to narrow down the results by various metrics, and export the results by choosing Download CSV.

Disputes Reports display the below aggregated data points for Disputes marked within the specified date range:

  • Disputes

  • Ratio (%) - the ratio of Disputes to debit Transactions

  • Total Value ($)

  • Avg. Value($)

  • Avg. Time to Dispute (Days)*

Disputes data is available for transactions that have been marked as Disputed, either manually or automatically by a third party App. Developers can learn more about how to build automation around the management of Disputes with a Disputes Service App.

Disputes Overview

View a breakdown of individual transactions with associated payment disputes across your entire store for the date range specified.

Disputes by Type

View a breakdown of payment disputes by dispute type. Click on the disputes totals to drill down and view a list of individual disputes, filtered by type.

Disputes by Gateway

View a breakdown of disputes by payment gateway. Click on the disputes totals to drill down and view a list of individual disputes, filtered by the payment gateway on which the underlying transaction was processed.

Disputes by Card BIN

View a breakdown of disputes by Card BIN (bank identification number). Click on the disputes totals to drill down and view a list of disputes, filtered by the cardholder's BIN.
