Transactions Reports

Drill down on your store's payment transaction performance across multiple metrics

Transaction reports allow you to view and analyze payment transactions, aggregated by a variety of dimensions. Choose Filters to narrow down the results by many of metrics, and export the results by choosing Download CSV.

Note: Transactions differ from Orders. Transactions are unique payment events, while Orders result only from a completed purchase by a Customer, and may comprise multiple payment transactions.

Drill-down on the report results to view a list of the unique transactions, where you can further filter the results to isolate specific transactions by a variety of metrics.

Transactions Reports display the below aggregated data points for transactions made within the specified date range. For example, any sales and refund transactions that were processed during the date range specified would be reflected in the report totals.

Hover over the Refunds and Net Revenue totals to view the values in percentages (%).

Transactions by Payment Method

View a breakdown of transactions by app, for example Bankcard v. Paypal. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions.

Transactions by UTM

View a breakdown of transactions by UTM_Campaign, Source, Medium, Term, and Content values, based on the utm values that can optionally be passed into order source attribution fields. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions.

Transactions by Affiliate

View a breakdown of transactions by Affiliate values from order source attribution. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions, or click on the Affiliate name to drill-down to display Sub-Affiliate, Sub-Affiliate1, 2, data.

Transactions by Funnel

View a breakdown of transactions by Funnel ID. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions for each given source Funnel.

Transactions by Response Code

View a breakdown of transactions by response codes from the payment gateway. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions for each given response code.

Transactions by Card BIN

View a breakdown of transactions by the customer card issuing BIN (bank identification number), which is equivalent to a bankcard's first 6 digits. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions for each given Card BIN. This report helps to identify the prevalence and billing performance of various card issuers.

Transactions by Gateway

View a breakdown of transactions by all available payment gateways. Click on the Transactions totals to drill down and view a list of individual transactions for each given payment gateway. This report helps to identify the and compare the performance of the different gateways that are set up to process payments in your store.
