Subscription Reports

Forecast your subscriber metrics by product allocation and subscription sales performance data.

Subscriptions reports display the total number of subscriptions by each lifecycle status, the average recurring billing value, and the average lifetime subscription value. Choose Filters to narrow down the results by other metrics, and export the results by choosing Download CSV.

View aggregated subscription metrics by Product, SKU, Gateway, or Cancel Reason at each stage of the customer lifecycle. The below metrics are displayed aggregated as totals for the chosen date range.

  • Subscriptions

  • Active

  • Retrying

  • Past Due

  • Canceled

  • Average Recurring Value

  • Average Lifetime Value

  • MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)

Subscriptions Forecast Report

The Subscription Forecast report displays a daily breakdown of expected subscription renewal orders, and the items contained therein, across a specific date-range. Use this report to forecast your future subscription renewals and the effects on inventory demand.

Subscriptions Retention Report

The Subscription Retention report displays a filterable cohort chart, showing the retention performance of subscribers in your store. This cohort view is similar to the Subscriptions Dashboard view, but with the Retention report you can filter the chart by a variety of metrics such as marketing attribution sources, products, customer details, and metadata associated to the subscriptions.
