Fulfillment Reports

View aggregated metrics by fulfillment and delivery status

Fulfillment reports allow you to view individual and aggregated fulfillments, filterable by a variety of dimensions. Choose Filters to narrow down the results by other metrics, and export the results by choosing Download CSV.

Drill-down on the report results to access a list of the unique orders that were fulfilled.

Fulfillment Reports display the below aggregated data points for orders placed within the chosen date range:

  • Fulfillments

  • Items

  • Deliveries*

  • Failures*

  • Avg. Fulfillment Time (Days)

  • Avg. Delivery Time (Days)*

*Deliveries, Failures, and Avg. Delivery Time are available only in stores with the Delivery Tracking App installed.

Fulfillment Overview

View a breakdown of individual orders fulfilled across your entire store for the date range specified.

Fulfillment by Location

View a breakdown of fulfillments by Fulfillment Location. Click on the fulfillment totals to drill down and view a list of individual order fulfillments, filtered by location.

Fulfillment by Destination

View a breakdown of fulfillments by destination country. Click on the fulfillment totals to drill down and view a list of individual order fulfillments, filtered by destination.

Fulfillment by Carrier

View a breakdown of fulfillments by delivery carrier. Click on the fulfillment totals to drill down and view a list of individual order fulfillments, filtered by carrier.
