Create, Manage, and Solve Tickets over the Admin API
Using the 29 Next Admin API, you can create and manage support tickets programmatically from any third party application. This allows you to sync data between 29 Next and your external support platforms, communication tools, and contact center services.
Create, Modify, or Delete Tickets
Create a new support ticket in 29 Next and associate it to an existing customer and order by using the tickets_create API.
To edit and resubmit a ticket, for example to add comments and an assignee to a ticket, use the tickets_update API. To partially update an existing ticket with specific data points, use tickets_partial_update.
